A great experience all around.
I love mixing a part of a nugget with a couple of the droplets, the consistency is perfect! I hadn't chewed gum in years because of bad ingredients and unpleasant texture, until I found Greco gum, and now its a daily habit again. I highly recommend giving it a chew, not just for the good taste and texture, but the health benefits as well!

A delicate punch!
These tiny little “drops” pack a delicate punch. The subtle pine flavor quickly becomes a craving. I’m not a gum chewer by nature but this is hard to resist once you start. I’m glad I found Greco Gum!

New FAV gum!
I recently went through a diagnosis of SIBO. One of the things that feeds small-bacterial overgrowth is xylitol. I wanted to find a clean, completely natural gum that did not contain any of the artificial ingredients and things our body just should not be consuming. I ordered Greco Gum and have really enjoyed having this as an alternative chew. At first, it is very different and takes a few minutes to really start to appreciate the texture and flavor. It almost feels like you are chewing plastic because of the density; however, there is NO plastic at all. I love it.

Frequently Asked Questions
What if I don’t like it?
Your first order is covered, no strings. Mastic isn’t for everyone, so if it’s not for you, email us within 30 days and we’ll swap it for the other variant or refund you in full, shipping included. Keep the tin. One per customer, only on our website.
Is it safe for my teeth, fillings, or TMJ?
Greco Gum is much tougher than ordinary gum, so it’s not for everyone.
If you’ve had recent dental work, very fragile teeth, dental crowns, or serious TMJ problems, talk to your dentist before using any hard chewing gum. For most people, the key is to:
- Start with a smaller amount
- Warm it up gently instead of biting down as hard as possible
- Give your jaw rest days if it feels overly fatigued
Treat it like you would a new exercise. Build up gradually, not all at once.
Can I chew it every day?
Most customers chew Greco Gum daily, often after meals or during work, study, driving, or training sessions.
A good rule of thumb:
- Start with shorter sessions (15–30 minutes)
- Increase the time as your jaw gets used to it
- If your jaw feels sore or overworked, take a break and treat it like you would any other muscle
As with any food product, listen to your body and adjust your routine if something feels off.
Why is it more expensive than regular gum?
Most gum is made from cheap gum base, sweeteners, and flavorings. Greco Gum has one ingredient: pure mastic resin from the island of Chios in Greece.
Mastic is a niche crop with limited supply, and the resin has to be harvested, cleaned, and sorted by hand. You’re paying for:
- A single-origin, plastic-free gum base
- Careful grading for chew quality
- A product that lasts far longer per piece than normal gum
When you look at cost per day rather than cost per tin, it sits closer to a daily supplement or training tool than a disposable snack.
Did we miss anything?
What does Greco Gum actually do?
Greco Gum is a hard, natural gum that gives your jaw a serious workout while you chew. Many customers use it to build a stronger-feeling jaw, keep their teeth and gums cleaner between brushes, and as a post-meal ritual that helps them feel “finished” without dessert or extra snacking.
It’s closer to a daily training tool and mouth-care habit than a piece of candy.
How do I use it and how much should I chew?
Pinch out a small amount to start:
- Droplets: begin with 5–8 pieces
- Nuggets: begin with 1–2 nuggets
Chew gently until the pieces soften and merge. Once it’s formed a single piece, you can add more if you want a bigger chew.
Because it’s a natural resin, some pieces will be softer or harder. If a piece feels too soft or sticky, let it cool for a moment and combine it with a firmer piece to reach the right consistency.
Most people chew for 30–90 minutes per session.
Droplets vs nuggets – which should I choose?
Both are made from the same pure mastic resin. The difference is in the shape, texture, and how they chew:
- Droplets are small, very uniform pieces. They’re firmer, give a slightly more intense jaw workout, and are rarely (if ever) sticky. They’re easy to dose precisely and feel the most “controlled.”
- Nuggets are irregular chunks broken from larger pieces of resin. They’re generally softer than droplets, with more natural variation from piece to piece. Some nuggets can be a bit stickier, which many customers prefer once they get used to it.
If you’re new and want to find your favorite style, our Starter Pack is the best option – you get a small tin of each type and can see which texture and chew you enjoy more.
What is it made of?
Just one ingredient: crystallized resin from the mastic tree (Pistacia lentiscus var. Chia), grown and harvested on the island of Chios in Greece.
There are no sweeteners, plastics, flavorings, or fillers.
What should I expect the first time I chew?
It will feel very different from supermarket gum.
The first 1–2 minutes can be strange: the resin breaks into little pieces, there may be a light dusty coating, and the flavor is strong. As it warms up, the pieces bind together into a smooth, rubbery chew that you can work on for a long time.
Start small, chew slowly, and give it a few minutes to come together. Most people say it’s “weird at first, then addictive” once they’ve tried it a few times.
What does it taste like?
Greco Gum is not sweet. The taste is piney and resinous, with a slight bitterness at first and a fresh pine/cedar note as you keep chewing.
If you’re expecting sugary mint gum, this will be a shock at the beginning. If you enjoy strong, natural flavors (black coffee, dark chocolate, herbal spirits), you’re more likely to love it once you’ve given it a few tries.
How long does a tin last?
Greco Gum is built for long chewing sessions. Once it has softened, a single chew can comfortably last 45–90 minutes or more, and some people reuse the same piece later in the day.
Chewed daily, most customers find that one Klassiko tin lasts around 4–6 weeks, depending on how much you use at a time. Stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, the gum itself keeps well for years.
